The time for construction depends on the size and scope of the project.  In general, an approximately 1,700 sf commercial interior renovations and/or build out takes approximately 3 months.

We schedule a site survey within the week and provide written bid proposal in approximately 3 weeks.

Yes, we carry $2M Commercial General Liability (GL) insurance, $3M Excess Commercial General Liability (GL) insurance, $2M Commercial Umbrella Liability (GL) insurance, $1M Workers Compensation (WC) insurance and $2M Commercial Auto insurance. 

Yes, we use subcontractor for scopes that Group II is not licensed to perform, typically MEP.  These subcontractors are Mechanical AC, Mechanical Plumbing, Electrical, Electrical Fire Alarm, Mechanical Refrigeration, Mechanical Hood, Mechanical Hood Fire Suppression and Mechanical Fire Sprinklers.  We have long term relationships with all our subcontractors.

Yes, we are licensed in Florida as General Contractor (GC).  The GC license, which qualifies Group II, is in the name of our owner Carlos A Valderrama.
