Group II, Inc., One Source Many Solutions, is a family-owned small business bringing quality and accountability to the construction industry. The first generation, Freddy Valderrama, Vice President/COO brings his wealth of experience of more than 50 years and his extensive knowledge of the Florida Building Code after spending almost 20 years with the Miami Dade County Building Department. The second generation, Carlos A Valderrama, as President/CEO and head of construction for more than three decades, provides complete transparency to gain the confidence that has been deteriorating in the construction industry for years. Third generation, Christian A Valderrama, head of business development and customer relations, is beginning his career with Group II. Rafael Droz-Seda brings his knowledge of the Florida Building Code in the engineering design sector of the construction industry. Additionally, Rafael brings a great deal of knowledge in the construction testing and inspection sector of the construction industry. Finally, other family members that comprises the administration are Leonor, Daynet and Stephani.
